2011 Favorite memory - 50 People One Question video project in Romania

Last year I meet someone really nice and challenging. I used to call her Minnie just in case she reads this post so she knows. We used to talk a lot and just before new year she asked my what would my favourite and best memory on 2011 be? I think it was a great question as it made me replay that memory. It was a beautiful warm autumn evening.  I used to be in a long distance relationship. My partner moved away for a master degree and it was almost one month since we only talked on-line. I flew in and we meet at the bus pick-up. It was amazing, it was a feeling I can't described. We used to chat a lot via Skype, messenger and all and with the help of technology you get quite the sense of a real experience but let me tell you a video conversation doesn't give you the perfume of your partner, the warm touch, the sweet hug and all those beautiful thins we don't appreciate till we lose them. I think this is on of my favourite memories as we sat at the fountain in the city centre in the arms of each other without any words just enjoying being together. It was also sweet that the guard at the bus station felt our happiness and just smiled at use.

But enough about me..what is your favourite memory?
