What is love actually? Is it pain or something even bigger?

There is this guy, Jason Silva and he takes 3 minutes and breaks it down. A charismatic young guy who in a few minutes can freestyle about various topic. And it makes you think and feels you up with crazy energy at the same time.

We all know love. We all felt it and we've all been hurt by it. As he describes it  "Love is tears, but tears that feel like an orgasmic release of emotion." In the end as Bob Marley said: "..everyone is going to hurt you. You just got to find the ones worth suffering for.” So let go of all those fears. Love is related to melancholy but it's us who are way too afraid. It's us who are to anxious to live the moment of happiness without thinking of the bad that could happen.

“To love someone fiercely, to believe in something with your whole heart, to celebrate a fleeting moment in time, to fully engage in a life that doesn’t come with guarantees – these are risks that involve vulnerability and often pain. But, I’m learning that recognizing and leaning into the discomfort of vulnerability teaches us how to live with joy, gratitude and grace.” - BrenĂ© Brown

So remember "Life should be loved to the point of tears."- Albert Camus. So fall in love or die trying.
